03:21 AM EDT, 06/22/2022 (MT Newswires) -- Goldenstone Acquisition Limited (GDST) said Tuesday it has agreed to merge with blockchain payment company Roxe Holding Inc., creating a combined business with pro forma enterprise value of about $3.6 billion.
Under the deal, Roxe shareholders are expected to roll 100% of their equity into the combined business with certain shareholders eligible to receive additional stock earnout payments.
根据协议，Roxe的股东预计将100%的股权投入合并后的业务，某些股东有资格获得额外的股票溢价支付。
The deal is expected to close in Q1 2023, subject to shareholder approvals and other customary closing conditions.

Upon closing, Goldenstone will be renamed Roxe Holding Group Inc.
