05:52 AM EST, 01/27/2022 (MT Newswires) -- Agritrade Resources (HKG:1131) will be delisted from the Hong Kong bourse effective Jan. 31, according to a late Wednesday disclosure.

Trading in the shares of the energy solutions provider, which is under provisional liquidation, has been suspended since July 2, 2020.

Agritrade's listing is being canceled over its failure to fulfill the bourse's trading resumption conditions by the Jan. 1 deadline.

The development comes months after Agritrade in October 2021 said it was hopeful of reaching debt restructuring agreements with creditors to resolve all five winding-up cases against the company over multiple loan defaults.
