09:40 AM EST, 01/19/2022 (MT Newswires) -- Analog Devices (ADI) said Wednesday its board tapped CEO and President Vincent Roche to serve as chair, effective on the date of its 2022 annual shareholders meeting.
Roche will succeed Ray Stata, who has been the chair since 1973 and will stand for reelection as a director at the meeting.
Analog Devices' shares were up 1% in recent early Wednesday morning trading.
