Golden Ponder控股股东削减公司所有权；股价飙升45%

11:53 PM EST, 01/16/2022 (MT Newswires) -- Golden Ponder Holdings (HKG:1783) controlling shareholder Shiny Golden offloaded 122 million of its shares in the company on Friday, according to a late same-day filing.
The disposal trimmed Shiny Golden's ownership in the construction services provider to 408 million shares or a 51% equity interest from 530 million shares or a 66.25% stake.
Golden Ponder said it does not expect the sale to negatively affect its operations.
Shares surged over 45% in midday trade Monday.
