ECP环境增长机会计划股东投票表决Fast Radius合并

05:05 PM EST, 01/13/2022 (MT Newswires) -- ECP Environmental Growth Opportunities (ENNV) said late Thursday it will convene its stockholders at a virtual meeting Jan. 31 to vote on the company's proposed merger with digital supply chain company Fast Radius.

The merger with the blank-check company will take Fast Radius public. The merged entity will be called Fast Radius, with its common stock to be listed on NASDAQ under new ticker, FSRD.

Deal completion is expected close as soon as practicable, subject to closing conditions.
