奥多纳特治疗公司收到纳斯达克退市通知

09:30 AM EST, 01/07/2022 (MT Newswires) -- Odonate Therapeutics (ODT) said Friday it received a notice from Nasdaq on Jan. 6 notifying it that the exchange believes the company to be a "public shell" and that its shares will be delisted.

Odonate said it will not appeal Nasdaq's decision and its shares will be suspended on Jan. 18 at the open. After that, Nasdaq will ask the US Securities and Exchange Commission to delist the stock, Odonate said.

Shares fell 36% to $0.84 per share in premarket trading
