Corvus Gold股东投票批准盎格鲁黄金阿散蒂3.7亿美元的收购要约

05:07 PM EST, 01/06/2022 (MT Newswires) -- Corvus Gold (KOR.TO) on Thursday said shareholders voted nearly unanimously to approve a US$370-million acquisition offer from AngloGold Ashanti (AU).
The company said 99.45% of shares were voted in favor of the C$4.10 per share offer.
Corvus said it will now apply for an order from the Supreme Court of British Columbia, with a hearing scheduled for Jan.11. It expects to close the sale on Jan.18.
The company's share closed unchanged at C$4.09 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
