08:04 AM EST, 12/23/2021 (MT Newswires) -- Yellowstone Acquisition (YSAC) said late Wednesday that Boston Omaha (BOMN) subsidiary BOC YAC has agreed to provide $45 million in additional private-investment-in-public-equity financing in relation to its pending merger with Sky Harbour.

Boston Omaha is now committing a total of $100 million to Sky Harbour, the blank-check firm said. The PIPE financing will be provided through the purchase of Yellowstone class A shares immediately prior to the closing of the merger, it added.
