国泰君安国际重新任命首席执行官，首席财务官下台

05:09 AM EST, 12/15/2021 (MT Newswires) -- Guotai Junan International Holdings (HKG:1788) re-designated Chief Executive Officer Yim Fung as board chairman and executive director "due to business arrangements," according to a late Tuesday filing.
Yim, who used to hold all three roles, said he did not have any dispute with the financial services provider's board.
Qi Haiying took over the executive chief position, according to the disclosure. Qi has been Guotai Junan International's deputy CEO since March 2015.
The company said the move allows it to comply with listing rules in Hong Kong, which stipulates that the board chairman and CEO roles be separated and held by different persons.
Moreover, Guotai Junan International named Ao Qishun as its new chief financial officer, following the resignation of Li Guangjie.
Ao serves as finance head at Guotai Junan Financial Holdings, Guotai Junan International's holding firm.
All appointments and resignations took effect on Tuesday.
