探路者收购，Service MAX同意终止合并协议，原因是“不利的市场条件”

06:53 AM EST, 12/06/2021 (MT Newswires) -- Pathfinder Acquisition Corp. (PFDR), a special purpose acquisition company, and Service Max, Inc. disclosed early Monday a mutual agreement to terminate their merger with immediate effect due to "unfavorable market conditions."
"Neither party will be required to pay the other a termination fee as a result of the mutual decision to terminate the business combination agreement," according to a joint statement.
But, Pathfinder said it intends to continue in its pursuit of closing a merger agreement prior to its dissolution deadline of Feb. 19, 2023.
