彩星科技通过私募募集1000万美元，股价上涨

10:43 AM EST, 12/02/2021 (MT Newswires) -- Color Star Technology (CSCW) said Thursday it has struck a deal to sell 12.5 million shares at $0.8 per share to Hou Sing International Business, its largest shareholder. That compared with its closing price of $0.49 in the previous day.

The entertainment company said it will increase investment in projects like its "metaverse" and non-fungible tokens as it will upgrade its Color Star app to become a new "entertainment metaverse" platform in December.

Shares of Color Star Technology were up more than 6% in morning trading.
