07:23 AM EST, 12/02/2021 (MT Newswires) -- Becton, Dickinson and Co. (BDX) said Thursday it has acquired Venclose Inc., a provider of radio-frequency ablation technology platform for the treatment of chronic venous insufficiency.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The transaction will expand Becton's portfolio of offerings for physicians treating a wide range of venous conditions. The company expects the deal to be immaterial to its fiscal 2022 results, according to a statement.
