Mohawk Group readies stock offering

Mohawk Group Holdings(NASDAQ:MWK)intends to offer and sell, shares of its common stock in a public offering.

Underwriters' over-allotment is an additional 15% of the shares offered.

Net proceeds will be used to acquire, invest in or license complimentary products, technologies or businesses, for general corporate purposes and working capital.

Price, volume and terms have yet to be announced.
