Oasis Petroleum (OAS, OMP)-7.9%pre-market after postponing the release of Q1 results, citing "the finalization of certain documentation which may impact the presentation and disclosure of certain financial statement line items."

Oasis expects Q1 revenues will decline by roughly a third from the year-earlier quarter to $387.8M, and impairments will total $4.82B, primarily attributable to the significant decline in realized prices for crude oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids.
