Repligen: 3Q Earnings Snapshot

WALTHAM, Mass. (AP) _ Repligen Corp. (RGEN) on Thursday reported third-quarter earnings of $1.7 million.

On a per-share basis, the Waltham, Massachusetts-based company said it had profit of 3 cents. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 26 cents per share.

The results exceeded Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of six analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 20 cents per share.

The drug developer posted revenue of $69.4 million in the period, also exceeding Street forecasts. Six analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $66.1 million.

Repligen expects full-year earnings in the range of $1 to $1.04 per share, with revenue in the range of $267 million to $270 million.

Repligen shares have climbed 46% since the beginning of the year. The stock has increased 41% in the last 12 months.
