PdvWireless (NASDAQ:PDVW) -- now rebranded as Anterix -- isafter filing a registration tooffer $85M in common stock.The filing comes via Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, Evercore ISI, B. Riley FBR and Craig-Hallum Group.Net proceeds of about $79.9M are expected to go toward retuning spectrum by relocating incumbents, and acquiring additional spectrum to qualify for broadband licenses and support broadband use, along with general purposes.
